This tutorial will take you through the process of using the website.
1 - Change Password
– A password will be sent to your email address that you provided at Registration.
– To change your password, go to “Edit My Account” – Save Changes.
2 - “Edit My Account”
– To make any changes to your account, you make them on this page.
– Make sure you SAVE your changes.
3 - “Post Jobs”
– Title your job by giving it a name. That way you will be able
to distinguish your different job postings as you add them.
– Please title your job. “Job Name” we cannot post your listing until it has a title.
– “Dirt Type” please mark what kind of dirt you HAVE or NEED.
o Gravel o Compactable Fill o Poor Fill
o Top Soil o Landfills o Other
– You will see your ad to the right, as others will see it.
– You will also see the balloon to the right, as others see it.
– The Balloon is a feature that appears on the map.
– The Balloon will show up as a potential client scrolls
over the dirt icon that are located on the map.
– Quantity, post the quantity you have in Truck Loads or Cubic Yards
– Fill in address
– Fill in the date of availability.
– All postings will be available for 30 days.
– SAVE DRAFT, for a later time to Post
– PUBLISH job, this way potential customer can contact you.
4 - “My Messages”
– This is where potential customers can communicate with you about your listings.
– RECEIVE and SEND Messages on “My Message” page.
– Messages are also marked as read and unread for easy viewing.
– If you have a smart phone you can receive message notifications.
5 - “My Jobs”
– This page is so you can track what jobs you have posted.
– You may view all your postings by ALL, HAVE, NEED, OTHER,
NEWEST POSTED, OLDEST POST.
– On this page you can “Map It” to located jobs on the map.
– On this page you can do an ‘Search Radius” by mileage to
see what other jobs are posted in “Search Radius” of 5. 10. 20
miles of you “Job Posting”.
– A detailed listing of other jobs in the “Search Radius” your search will be displayed.
– You can “Send Message”, “Map It’, or see “More Details”
6 - “Search”
- This page you “Search Jobs” by using an address or zip code.
- Advanced search is also available.
- The page will be displayed as “JOBS” and “MEMBER CONTRACTORS”
- The jobs will give you the distance in mileage from the location of your job.
(from the address you posted on your job lisiting)
- A icon of “My Office” will be found on the map as your address you put in for your job location.
- You may view all the postings by ALL, HAVE, NEED, OTHER, NEWEST POSTED, OLDEST POST.
- You can view 10, 20, 30, 50 job listing per page.
- You can “Send Message”, “Map It’, or see “More Details”
- On this page you can “Map It” to located jobs on the map.
- “Member Contractors” Gives you detailed information of all the current member contractors. You may also contact them by sending them a message.
- You can also receive message as they are sent if you have a smart phone.
7 - “My Equipment”
- This page you can list your equipment you have available for rent.
- You can post how many hours of operations the piece of
equipment has.
- Date the equipment has to be serviced.
- You can map it, the location.
- Keep track of what job your equipment is being used for.
- Add new equipment listings
- Go to “Service Providers List” and it will give you a detailed list of “My Service” & “Parts Providers”
- You can send them a direct email from this page
- You can add a new “Service or Parts Provider”
8 -“Industry News”
- Here you can browse through the most recent Industry News.
- Current events.
We have six distinctive sections in our map layers:
• Off-road Fuel and Delivery Service
• Tire and Truck Repair Road Service
• Equipment Rentals, Parts and Repair
• Material Suppliers and Haulers
• Landfills and Dumpster Services
• Power Line
-- Click on the menu bar of the services that you are in need of under “Map Layers”
-- A map will appear with the icon that is related to the Map layer.
-- You can map out the map layers service from your location.
-- By hovering over the icon, it will give you detailed information
-- Option to send a message
-- The ability to get directions.
